Alpha/Dictionary Challenge 2016

Alpha/Dictionary Challenge 2016

Happy Sunday everyone!

Time for for a new letter in our Alpha/Dictionary Challenge
and this time the DT have chosen

Karen has added another super project
to her tray....

As ever, you have two weeks for as many entries as you like via the link.
If you can't use the link, email your pics to me at
and I will add them for you.
The link will close at midnight on 18 September.
The winner will be picked by Random Generator
and announced on  Tuesday 20 September.
The prize will be a £10.00 voucher.

You can enter as many times as you like but
each entry must show the letter and
either the dictionary definition or one made up by you.

Enjoy and see you Tuesday!

  1. Hi Mickie and welcome! When you say show the letter do you mean have the letter on its own somewhere on the page? Not everyone does that (myself included)and it has not been a criteria before now.

    1. It's sort of was a requirement, at least at the beginning which is why a majority of us include it. Seems to have fallen out of fashion...

  2. As far as I'm aware we only had to show the word and definition for the challenge this year, nothing about the letter.

  3. Looking back to the original 'how to play' section it says 'but they must show the letter or word and the dictionary definition.' It's the first time I've registered the bit about the letter but as it says 'or' I guess it's not compulsory.

  4. Thank you all for your comments - sorry to have caused confusion.
Can we agree that the word and definition must be shown with the option to include the letter?
I might have to include a dragonfly or two in future.....................!

  5. Phew...I have only ever added the definition and spent hours on my page...glad to see that I didn't need the O!! Mickie you can add all the dragonflies you like as I have a wonderful dragonfly stamp..;0) LOL. xx
